How We Are Helping

Tu Casa Latina is a nonprofit USCIS, DOJ Accreditedorganization geared toward helping all immigrant victims of violent crime in northern Nevada.

Below are just some of the services that Tu Casa Latina provides:

• U Visa application (for undocumented victims of crime)

• VAWA application (for abused undocumented women married to an American Citizen or Permanent Resident)

• T Visa application (for victims of human trafficking for sexual exploitation or labor)

• Translation of documents (Birth and Marriage Certificates)

• Referrals to other local agencies
